Coaching Recruiters

Developing recruiter capability is one of the most important responsibilities of any Talent Acquisition leader, yet many managers find themselves solving problems rather than building the capability needed to prevent those problems from recurring. When performance falls short, it can be difficult to determine whether the cause is a skills gap, workload challenge, lack of confidence, unclear expectations, or something else entirely. Without accurate diagnosis and targeted development, even well-intentioned support can miss the mark.

This course explores how to diagnose capability gaps, structure effective coaching conversations, deliver feedback that drives behavioural change, and create practical development plans that improve performance over time. You'll learn how to move beyond supervision and build recruiters who think independently, solve problems confidently, and contribute more effectively to the success of the organisation.
