How long is the programme?
It’s a 12-week journey, but you set the pace. Most participants choose weekly sessions, but you can go bi-weekly or pause for annual leave — it flexes completely around your calendar.
What's the time commitment
On average, 2 per week: 30 minutes with your coach plus time to apply the tools and frameworks. If you spread sessions out, the workload flexes with you.
How much does it cost?
The programme is £5,000, but In-house Recruitment (IHR) members get a 50% discount — £2,500. This covers coaching, a strategy play back session with a group of senior leaders, e-learning, workbooks and time with a graphic designer to help you polish your presentation.
Do I need prior strategy experience?
No. We guide you step by step — from the basics through to a polished, board-ready strategy. Whether this is your first or your fifth, you’ll gain structure, tools and confidence.
Who are the coaches?
Senior TA leaders who’ve built and presented strategies at board level. We'll do our best to match you with someone who understands your challenges and industry context.
